Went to the Fourways store on the the 29th June 2013 to buy a foam mattress and spoke to a sales person indicating that this is for a child and that we were looking for something that is not too hard as ones we have seen previously were as hard as rocks.
So we were shown the only 2 they had in stock and bought one that was said would be the better option and would have a longer lifespan. (not being told no refunds are possible). So we purchased one and returned it the following week stating that this mattress is as hard as rocks. Sales person is unable to provide refunds and we leave our banking details only to receive calls stating Beds for Africa does not do ANY refunds and we HAVE to take something like a bed protector (Yes we did buy one, yes we paid full price).
Why are there no refunds given when the CPA clearly states that goods unsuitable for the purpose can be returned? You sleep on this slab of concrete then!! Pathetic customer service and slimey sales tactics!!!
