Bad attitude plus very poor service

My husband & I decided to purchase our month's groceries from Pick 'n Pay, Pinelands. The shopping experience went well, until we arrived at the cashier. The cashier proceeded to scan the goods, which my husband had neatly unpacked according to category (i.e. Cold items, Toiletries, Cleaning goods). We brought our own PnP shopper bags. The packer, Siyavuka, proceeded to stuff our items into each of the bags carelessly. Heavy items were being placed on top of lighter items (e.g. heavy boxes being loaded on top of the chips). The cold items were placed in a normal bag, and not placed in the brown shopper bag, which is specifically for cold foods. My husband asked him why he wasn't packing the cold foods in that bag. He developed an attitude, & started looking for the cold foods. These cold foods were already at the bottom of the trolley, where the heavier items should have been placed. This entire episode has spoilt our normally pleasant experience, which is why we wanted to shop at this store. We won't be returning to this store again. It is obvious that the packer, Siyavuka, did not receive any training & is severely lacking client skills & should not be in a service environment.
