Not satisfied with the service I got, I got angered by the attitude I received at one of your stores at wonderpark.went to do my monthly shopping in the afternoon on the 25.05.13 instead of being treated with respect my day was just spoiled.
As got to the till with 87 items that cause me almost R2200 there was only a teller, no packer. I asked the teller nice "do you mind to organise a packer for me "? She looked at me like I'm a crazy young woman! She gave me the "why don't you pack for yourdelf attitude" she just looked at me never answered me I had to unpack the troley onto the table to get all items tilled and start packing for myself because she was just sitting there not arranging a packer.
I felt for the people behind me that's why I started packing.as I looked around other packers at other tills where just standing as their tills where not that busy, stil I pointed that to her but she said nothing as someone passed she called that lady in my mind I thought to come help me, guess what? They started chatting about what they are gonna have for lunch as I was packing and she finished tilling everything and I already paid she didn't even bother to help me pack.
