Kindly assist, I have wrote an email to the MTN complaints with still no respond. bottom is the email I sent to MTN and it got all information needed regarding my case:

Good Day,

I would like launch a compliant for the poor services I have experience with MTN, I booked a Blackberry 9300 IMEI:351515059685745 for repairs on the 07-06-2013 at Nelspruit mtn office.
Only to find out an excuse that the fone is liquid damage, fone was working fine only the scroller ball was faulty it would work for a while and stop and I have to restart the fone and it will work fine. And since this is a contract fone I decided to booked in for repair and now is no more working at all.

I understand your policy that liquid damage is not covered but my concern is no one can prove it is liquid damage, since I spoke to Priscila Kai Rampa at MTN for assistance and she told me if it was liquid damage there is a small paper next to the battery pins that should turn pinkish and only to find out it is white. She said she needs to take it up with technician since it shows that it is not liquid damage, but now she can't help because the technician argue it is liquid damage.
