I want to expand my Gordon Ramsey cutlery. I phoned every shop in Gauteng and no one had stock. So I phoned the Edcon customer care line and the only area that had stock was in Cape Town and because it is Boardmans they cannot help me. If it were Edgars they could do a transfer. The lady I spoke to asked me to hold while she lodged the complaint and could then give me a reference number. After a long wait and no response from the lady I ended the call. I have been on the lookout for this cutlery set for a long time now and the shops do not receive any new stock in that specific set. I don't understand how it is only available in Cape Town in the whole of South Africa. I am specifically looking for the Gordon Ramsey 24 piece cutlery set.
