Account Closure and Facebook message sent

Hi

I sent an inbox on Wednesday regarding my Edgars account not being able to close it and I was contacted yesterday by a lady notifying me that she will request someone to call me back. I am still waiting for that call.

I made a payment of R5200 on Wednesday so that I can get my account to be closed then I was advised that I can't do it cause call centres have closed. That was before 5pm, fine. Edgars active "loyal" employee tried to convinced me to stay with the company and I kept saying no and they kept irritating me even more.

I have been going to Edgars requesting them to cancel my airtime subscription and that was never done instead money kept being added on my bill, I didn't mind that when wanting to close the account but to just pay it. When I was told that I need to wait for OTP to cancel the subscription I got with them i got more frustrated to think that I have to stay even more with this stupid company.

I want my account closed before more interest gets added on.
