I have closed my Edgars account on 2 August 2013 at an Edgars branch. Your Call centre attendant promised me on the phone that this has been done. I instructed you to remove all my details from your system and to close my account. You even send me a letter confirming the closure on 08/08/13 This has still not really been done, seeing that I still receive a statement with an available amount to spend! Why is my account active again?
