Edgars: generally hopeless

I got tired of Edgars spamming me by SMS and subscribing me to stuff I didn't want without asking me. I asked them to stop several times but they didn't, so I paid up my account and closed it - if you want my custom, you have to learn to respect me. I requested Edgars to confirm the closure in writing. Almost 10 days later I'm still waiting for any feedback from Edgars that the account has been closed. Not unexpected, given their general hopelessness, but still annoying...
