I settled my edgars account and gave instruction for it to be closed 2 or 3 weeks ago
The person phoned to have this done, and after a few security questions informed me it was now closed.
Well, i now get an sms from OTA saying i havnt bought airtime in a while and that i have credit available.
I dialed the ota code, checked my edgars account balance and saw that while i do not owe you guys anything, my account has NOT BEEN CLOSED!!!
CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!! I WILL NOT PAY EDGARS CLUB MEMBER FEES IN DEC, AND HEAVEN HELP YOU PEOPLE IF THIS SHOWS AS AN AREARS ON MY ACCOUNT OR NEGATIVELY AFFECTS MY CREDIT SCORING IN ANYWAY!!! CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AS REQUESTED!!! I KNEW YOUR CALL CENTER STAFF WAS INCOMPETENT, BUT IT NOW SEEMS THAT YOUR ADMIN IS TOO!!!
