Brilliant service - I am impressed!

Bought a oil fin heater last year (16.06.2012). Used it for a month and packed it away. Took it out this winter and on (26.06.2013) it wouldn't heat up... The guarantee is apparently only valid for one year and we were 10 days late! This they said as much when my mum took the heater back to Game for an exchange - they refused. My mum left the store about 10:30

I called their call centre immediately and spoke to a lovely lady (Afrikaans, didn't catch her name) who said she couldn't promise anything but she would contact the supplier to see if they could do anything.

11:00 Game in Groblersdal phoned my mum and apologised and asked her to come back to the store and fetch her brand new heater!!!

There were two ladies, one was Nthabiseng and the other lady at Customer Service, I didn't catch her name.

They were unbelievably professional and helpful and I want to thank all the staff from the call centre to the store for making us very happy and loyal Game customers!
