You wont allow me to close my account!!!

I went to the Maponya Mall branch on the 3rd May 2013 to pay my account and close it off. I had a small Cell C subscription linked to my account promoted by Edgars and went to the Cellular counter to have it cancelled. I have not used the sim card for a while as it was but i still paid for it. Assistant in the store by the name of Floyd contacted the department to cancel it and i asked for a ref from consultant Mashudu and also provided her with alternative no. for myself. Was advised someone would contact me in 24-48hrs to confirm cancellation. No feedback, I went back to the store on the 18th May to have it resolved. The call center was closed and Floyd didnt have the number for me to call them on my own during the week which upset me and advised I should come back during the week until I requested to speak to the Manager who made him get the number. I called today again and was advised someone would contact me for cancellation but I have still been billed again for the subscription and I cannot close my Edgars account until the subscription is removed. This is against NCA... I want it sorted and will have no further business with Edgars in future.
