I have requested that my account be closed after paying it off back in February. I'm still getting statements and I went to the Centurion Mall Edgars and I was told that my account has been blocked. Now what is blocked? I requested that you close the account and that means not getting statements and also updating the credit bureau with a C for a closed account indication. Please keep the Thank U points that you constantly notify me that I've got but can not use.
Can you kindly just grant me just that? Closure of my account with Edgars
