I bought a fridge and a stove from OK on an account, I was sceptical of taking insurance because I did not believe that the insurance would ever pay and I did not anticipate that I would loose my job. Unfortunately I lost my job and I could not pay, I reported to OK and they asked me for few documents and gave me a form which was to be filled in by my ex- employer, and the staff were friendly and empathetic towards me (which made me feel better) then the insurance has been paying my account since then. It is just so unfortunate that I have not found employment yet but I'm grateful for what OK did and I will always be their customer and would tell others about them.
