Paying for insurance when I said I dont want to

I bought my couches at Furniture cuty in Boksburg and asked them not to charge me for insurance as i was taking the risk for my own goods.

They agreed and quoted me on the amount without insurance but to my surprise the head office guys forced to include insurance in my monthly instalment, I dont think this is ethical because I have to agree to what i am paying for.

Please clarify this to me.
