We bought a fridge at OK Furniture (Lenasia) Last year April. When the fridge was delivered it was damaged. It was as if it was a Demo fridge. We have requested that the fridge be replace as soon as possible with no success. Every time we speak to Pitso (Manager) he promises to sort this out but he doesn't. Today he made another promise to call me back before 13:00 yet he did not. OK Furniture is nothing but pain. They do not care about the consumer protection act as well.
