On December 2 my house got broken in to, fortunately I have insurance on furniture I bought at furniture city, I phoned my branch, spoke to Ellen and she informed me that I need to bring an affidavit and my ID in store which I then did, Ellen gave me the insurance form to sign and told me to provide a number and she will stay in-contact with me it will take 2-3 weeks, today when I phoned I spoke to a lady named Phuti who informed me that Ellen is no longer working there and she could not help me as she seems to know nothing, I then spoke to Denice who informed me that she is the manager, she told me the delay is on the insurance side as they are skeleton staff, during our conversation I transferred the call to my mom and Denice dropped the phone, My mom then spoke to a arrogant guy named Morne who said my insurance claim is null in void as my delivery address and my affidavit address differs which is so frustrating because I phoned my agent Dewald and informed him that my address has changed and that I have a problem with my fridge (which has not been attended to, also I am paying for a new fridge but got someone else's dented fridge) I am so disgusted in this.
