I recieved feedback for Truworth Galaria stating that i should take the item that i was incorrectly charged to Truworths in West street and they will pick it up and do the return and send me the documents. I still have not recieved any documents. i took the item back to Truworths West street on Friday already. Its Wednesday and still i have no feedback. i have been to the store on Monday and checked if the item was credited and it was not yet done. Why can't querries just be resolved first time round. Why does a person have to go on complaining and complaining to get something done. If you promise a customer something just do it. How hard is that? You get called and told all these wonderfull things and as soon as the call has ended, your complaint is forgotten.
