Unwilling to assist me, I felt offended

I went to Truworths Mall at Reds to exchange a ladies shirt I purchased two weeks ago on sale at Truworths Centurion mall. I had bought the item there on my way out of the store in a hurry thinking I could wear it for an interview I had the next day. I removed the price tag and fit the shirt but I found that that it did not match my outfit. I decided that I would return it to the store to exchange it for something else. Today I specifically went to Mall at Reds Truworths to see if they had something special that I could exchange the item for. The assistant and the manager (i think he might have been the manager) both directly refused to exchange the item. Even though I had the removed price tag, its little piece of plastic attached to it; the invoices and the original bag, they refused to change it. The lady was inspecting the item over and over again and insinuated that I had worn the item! I felt offended. Never in all my years of being a Truworths customer had I received such treatment from this renowned retail company. I then went back to the Centurion branch were Lena assisted me in the most friendly and professional way, finding absolutely nothing wrong with the item.
