On the 30th March, i made a purchase at Truworths Galleria, for R3605.00. The next day i needed to return stuff. i went into Truworths west street and was told that one of the items that I needed to return could not be returned that their store as the cashier at Galleria took for two jackets instead of a jacket and a shirt. So they could only credit the jacket and i needed to take the skirt back to Galleria and get them to do that return. i feel this is unacceptable, as i hired someone to take me to Galleria to make the purchase now I must hire someone else to return the item. It is not my fault that the cashier made a mistake taking for two jackets instead of a jacket and a shirt. i have since been unable to go back to the Galleria branch, however i am paying for having a jacket that I don't have, yet it is a skirt that I have and don't even want. The skirt was R400 however I was charged for the jacket R600 . i filled in a complaint for at the West street branch and since no one has contacted me. This is very bad customer service from Truworth. I would expect must better from you guys.
