I have an account with Russell's and I knew my account was going to be fully paid 1/5/2013. when I phoned in to the accounts department to find out if they closed the account they told me that there is still a R79 which is still outstanding. I found that very strange because my account was always paid up and I even paid extra some times. on the 2/5/2013 R448 was deducted from my bank account when on my Russell's account paperwork my last payment should be R447, 65 on the 1/5/2013. so now they deducted more than they should have and now telling me there is still a R79 outstanding. this is not the first time Russell's have given me hassles with my account. I have never received any statement for over a year and I have gone into a store to find out why. they just told me my details were wrong. so the account people say they going to zero rate my account but it will take over 72 hours. I don't want to wait that long for Russell's to resolve there own problems I want my account to be sorted out today 22/5/2013
