On Saturday 17/08 I finally found an item I had been searching for, for ages, however not in my size. Requested teller to source my size for me, and after a bit of an attitude, he finally confirmed that there were none available locally, but could order from Head Office. Afterwards, Only to find that Truworths are not prepared to source anything for me as I am not an account holder! What a load of BS! How insulting is this - that as a walk-in customer, with no ties to Truworths, they would rather be prepared to lose sales as opposed to having a Plan B to accommodate customers who do not buy on credit at Truworths. And so much for the "Manager"... who stood by and gawked at what was going down, but did nothing fix the situation. It's no wonder I don't go into Truworth's that often - trust me you're not missing much!!
