After 30 minutes of waiting in the line the Clinique consultant slips away and an indian chap comes and takes over. He asks me about my exchange and then he passes me on to Sindiswa who was busy applying makeup on a customers face. Sindiswa comes to the till after 5 minutes and she says she needs to phone management. After a few minutes of holding on the line and calling for management on the intercom management doesnt arrive. Then she and Lungile make a decision that they cannot refund me my money for a Paco Rabanne 1 Million gift set as they will have stock taking issues... THANK YOU BUT I DONT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR STOCK TAKING ISSUES... its none of my business... i bought an item and returned it in the original packaging. Truworths West Street DOES STOCK PACO RABANNE... and on the back of the slip it states that i must return it to a store that stocks that brand... thats what your "TRUWORTHS RETURNS POLICY" STATES. Please retype your returns policy and state as per your West Street branch that all gift sets must be returned to the store purchased other wise you will have stock taking issues
