I ordered a Bed set on the 2nd of May and was despatched on the 4th of May. Having not received the goods, I called the call centre on the 20th of May. I was told that the goods have been returned back to Homechoice's Depot, apparently the courier didn't find anyone when they came to deliver the goods. I don't know why the courier would not call me when they deliver the goods. I just wish next time they would use the Post Office - more reliable, and you can go collect the goods at your own convenience.
