On 11/05/2013 at 13h03 I purchased a R120, 00 Vodacom airtime from the above supplier who used the FNB Speedpoint MER: 425594, TERM: 469358, SEQ: 000883, CT: 0783 which I failed repeatedly to load on my cellphone giving a message that the 'system is being serviced and not available'. The owner claimed that it was FNB's problem whose call centre in turn said it was Vodacom's fault. The latter's call centre blamed FNB as they sold the airtime to them. I called FNB bank during working hours for help but I was referred to the supplier who is refusing to refund my money. Is there some way you can help as I do not know what do next.
