My 12 year old son received a Musica voucher from one of his friends for his 12th birthday so my husband and I took him on the Weekend to use his voucher. He was so excited. We went to Musica Brooklyn where he choose a game. His joy was short lived as when he tried to play the game he discovered that it did not work. The very next day, Monday 20 May 2013 when I tried to exchange the game for one which works, I was told by a staff member at Musica Brooklyn Mall that they could not exchange the game. I was treated very badly and accused of damaging the game. It is totally unacceptable. Top CD is 100% better as I have NEVER had this problem with them. The staff member did not even try to test the disc.
