Unable to load airtime

On Thursday 14 March i contacted 082 111 and reported that i could not load airtime. I did not take down the ladies name. She advised me the reason for this was a block on the line as there was R91 outstanding. I paid the money over via EFT. On Friday i contacted them again as the problem was not resolved. I purchased a voucher which can't be loaded, transferred airtime via Internet and nothing on my account but the money was out of the bank account. after being told to restart my phone and then to remove the battery the lady finally said she would have to lock a call my ref nr is s3-tkv28-88xgl saying they will contact me via sms, email or phone call within 24 hours.this was friday15 march at 13:30. Saturday i contacted them again as the problem was continuing! The lady on the line said laughing that the problem will only be looked at on Monday as the person is not working over weekends. She found it very funny that i was this upset and was not really interested in helping me solve the problem. Her tone of voice was very annoying as she was talking to me as if she was saying a rhyme. I am dreading contacting this call centre again...
