I bought R300.00 airtime from Spar on the 17 July, got home tried to put it on my phone, and failed, the next day I go to Vodacom complaining that it said the airtime was used, after a few emails and phone calls they said I must take it back to my supplier which in fact I did, once there they got the same message from Vodacom saying that the airtime was used on the first of July, 16 day before I bought it, now all that I get in return from them is sorry sir your loss of R300.00 there is nothing we can do for you, only if and when Vodacom says we can refund you we will.
