No one wanting to take responsibility

I recently purchased a vodacom prepaid sim card and was told it would be active instantly but this wasn't the case. As soon as I put in the new sim card in my phone's got the sms informing me of my new number. I proceeded to load airtime and tried to make a call but it wouldn't go through. I called the vodacom call centre and was told to wait 24 hours. The 24hours lapsed and still wasn't connect. I was then referred back to the vodacom shop, When there I was told to contact the call centre once again. I was then advised to do a sim swap which wasn't successful. Its been 3days and I still haven't been properly assisted..im am very disappointed with vodacom.
