I had a financial problem at the end of April 2013 the instalment due on my account was R411, I made the effort of making a payment of R250. Soon thereafter i received a SMS from Trans Union stating that I am now Listed as slow payer by the Edcon Group. Can Edgars really just decide to go and list a consumer without any form of notice or consultation? I called Edgars and no one could account for this, instead I was told that "that's the way it's done around here" I mean really now... I would like to think of this as unlawful. After all the years with Edgars and now this, this is unreal.
