I got an sms saying that I have been listed as a slow payer without notification. I took the time to go in the store asking what my installment is what was given to me I payed and no one mentioned that I was paying my account short.
I now made another payment and the account is up to date but i will still be listed as a slow payer for 24 months as it was confirmed when I phone trans-union. I feel that this is unfair and quiet unprofessional as there was no communication by the steps that was taken and I personally feel and demand that my name be removed from that slow payment listing.
