Edgars has a bad customer service, they have listed me as a slow payer and then i posted a complaint on hellopeter as i couldn't get any information from them.
They called me and told me that they do not decide who goes on the credit bureau Trans Union does, if i have a query i should contact them.
I called Trans Union this morning and they also told me they get information from the credit providers, they just simply upload it on their system-so Edgars makes the judgement not Transunion.
So People please tell me why you messing with peoples lives, i was only unemployed for 3months and i did inform Edgars that my payment are going to be slow as i don't have an income. Ever since i have been working i have been paying my account for the last 7months i never skipped a month.
hello hello now Edgars has decided to increase my credit limit now from R2800 to R3300.
I need an answer Immediately and my credit record updated this time am taking steps as they have made my life very difficult i cant even buy myself a cellphone
