Hi,
It is now 14 days, 2 weeks since we first tried to buy something online on the can website, after calling their call centre 3 times already we still no able to complete a transaction, all they tell us their is a problem and it will be fixed the next day, we try the next day and get the same error. This is not the first time we use this service so we know it used to work but we not getting any kind of feedback or response or resolution from CNA with regrads to this problem, my wife even send them a screenshot of the error we are getting.
This is pathetic...
WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED??? or take the F$%^KING services away!!! if you cannot manage it.
