I get listed as a slow payer how?

I just got a message that im now listed as a slow payer because Edcon said so. I would like to know how can they list me as a slow payer if my account has been settled in October 2013.Where did transunion get paperwork so that they could c that im a slow payer? Surely Edcon didnt just phone them and said that im a slow payer. Surely there should have been paperwork sent to them and if someone did their job they could c that there was a R0 balance on the account. You cant list someone as a slow payer if there's nothing to pay. Now im already listed as a slow payer and if i want to do something it shows that im a slow payer because of the incompetence of Edcon and these Transunion. Sort out this ASAP.
