Irregular/ transcations not corrected

On 23/2/2013 @ Edgars in Woodlands and again on 10/3/2013 @ Edgars Centurion I reported transactions on my account. These transactions amounts to over R5K. Today, a month after I reported it a second time the problem is still not resolved and am I getting sms' from Edgars stating that my payment is overdue (I continued paying my regular installment irrespective of the transactions). I also get sms' from Transunion that Edcon has listed me as a slow payer. I am asking why I sould suffer because of Edcons tardiness. On Monday 8/4/2013 Eveleen from Edcon Credit Services contacted me promising that it would be sorted by Today 10/4/13. Guess what I just received another sms saying my account is overdue. This is completely unacceptable.
