Slow Payer??? Really??

My complaint is with the Edgars main head office, Edcon. Not specifically Clearwater. My issue is that I received an SMS this week saying that Edcon has listed me as a slow payer with the Credit Bureau. I have never delayed in any form of payment with Edgars/Edcon. I have always paid on time and more than the required amount. Instead of calling me to find out why for the first time I have missed a payment, you automatically list me as a slow payer, making my name look bad!! If you must know I have been out the country on an urgent business trip, and only returned back this week, my intentions are to go and settle all my payments this week. Vodacom called me and arranged for my payment to be made this weekend, however Edcon decides they will just go ahead and make my credit look bad after dealing with them for over 5 years. Good move Edcon.

I am going to make my payment tomorrow Saturday the 13th and this bad "listing" had better disappear, and I better get an SMS stating that it has been cleared!! I am not impressed AT ALL!!
