I just got a message on my phone saying "Transunion a registered Credit Bureau advises you that it has received a slow payer listing from Edcon" No i want to know how can i be listed as a slow payer if i setled the whole amount on my account in October 2013. Edcon even phoned me last month saying they phoning about my installment and i still asked them what installment because the account has been paid in full. Then they wanted to get nasty and sayd o sorry and dropped the phone and now THIS!!!Now im already listed as a slow payer because some at Edcon decided not to do his or her job??? I want a letter saying that they made a mistake. Tomorrow i want to buy something and then i get a "sorry but you listed as a slow payer, we cant help you". How do i explain that it was Edcons fault and mistake??? Maybe the people at Edcon is a bit slow that's why i get listed as a slow payer. Maybe they will c October 2014 that the account was settled last year. Sort out your Edcon.
