GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

On 2 May 2013 I was unable to make payment at Centurion Branch, as my card was still blocked, I then had to arrange for an EFT. In light of my mail dated 26 April to Edcon (see below), I object to paying the late payment charge, as this was due to Edgars' passing the buck. Please correct immediately!

Your branch in The Glen advised that it is because of FICA, while your Head Office tells me that it is because my card has been reported lost.
1. I am in posession of an SMS from Edcon, advising that my card has been FICA'd.
2. At no time have I reported my card.
Kindly rectify matter soonest, as I need to use it to make payment.
