WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I FICA'd my card in 2012, but FICA documentation got lost. FICA'd 2nd time, documentation was lost again. Fica'd 3rd time on Saturday, 29 June 2013, promise made that card can be used within 48 hours Tried to use card 1 July my card was still not active. Parkview phoned FICA department who promised within 24 hours I can use card. Went to the Menlyn branch today, 5/7, same story again 1.5 hours later, no solution. Supervisor shouted at me!!! COMPLETE DISGRACE! Manager phoned me back and now have to get a new card!!! I am not willing to stand in long queous again!!! Clearly Edgars doesn't want me as a customer!!!
