HELP DESK UNABLE TO HELP

I went into Edgars Galleria yesterday, wanting to pay my account, and make a purchase, only to be told that the card I used 3 weeks or so ago, is no longer valid! A very helpful lady (unfortunately I did not get her name) called your head office, who referred her to the help desk, as they were unable to assist. The help desk was also unable to assist, and passed the buck on to the next person. I left the store without this being resolved, as I needed to be somewhere else. Needless to say, nobody has contacted me since. What boggles the mind, is that the Galleria branch would have been happy to accept my payment, but I could not make a purchase. I am afraid though, that I am not prepared to make payment until a valid reason has been supplied as to why my card is blocked.
