My card has been blocked. there was no warning that it would be blocked, i just got to the counter and it was blocked. Spent more than 30mins in the queue at customer services Northgate to have the cashier call the call centre. i was told its a FICA problem. She didnt take a ref or the consultant's name!!!
How can it be a FICA problem on a joint card??? I have another account and it is working fine!!! THERE WAS NO WARNING OR FICA REQUEST.
I was told to come back to the store or to call the call centre. WELL, you expect me to waist my time and money for something which was attempted already?!?! Bad customer service Indeed!!!
