Xolani saved Edcon a costomer, well done

I have been having this FICA problem with my edgars account. I have the FICA three time already and everytime I went to the store to use my card it was blocked due to FICA which i did a couple of times already. I was on the verge of closing my account with edgars due to the incompetence of their staff. I would go to a store and my card is blocked they would have to phone someone to unblock then come tomorrow its blocked again. I went to Jet mart and my account blocked again "no suprise" and I explained the situation to him that I have been experencing this FICA problem and it was becoming chronic now.
He phone soemone and had my account unblocked and promised to follow on the next working day to make sure that the problem is resolved and he also promised to phone and keep me updated. As promised he did phone and advised me that the problem has been resolved. I was on the verge of closing the account due to the incompetence of others but he saved Edcon a client. Thanks you so much Xolani Gumede from Jet Mart Southgate for assisting me. He showed good characters, intergrity, reliability and accountability.
