Lack of Management attention to problem

Have had appalling service from Edgars Centurion and the FICA dept of EDCON nationally. Originally handed in FICA documents at Edgars Centurion - yet keep having the account blocked> Problem is then supposedly resolved after 2 hours of sitting with admin staff who are on the phone to JHB/CPT or wherever. Yet when shopping at Edgars (same branch) account blocked again - another 2 hours of sitting with admin and phone calls - promises are made, even screen prints printed to assure me that the the problem is resolved! As recently as Saturday 31 March account was blocked and then opened and reassurances given that problem resolved. Today once again (same branch) account blocked. Staff actually suggest a complaint be sent to Head Office as they face this constantly and nothing happens. Branch Manager and senior managers even though they are in the branch, do not make any attempt to show themselves - leaving it to their frontline staff who clearly dont know what to do.
Not sure if this will ever get resolved - solution would be to close the account. Have now lodged official complaint with EDCON customer care - lets see if anything happens!
