My LG dishwasher (purchased at Centurion store) is still within extended warranty - problem occurred (salt dispenser is faulty and i have rust around the rim of the salt dispenser which then stain may dishes together with salt that is coming in washing area of the dishwasher. In my opinion this is straight forward matter but... They send somebody to confirm the fault but that person wasn't competent at all. To cut a long story short: i have been told that extended warranty doesn't cover rust??? Well i didn't neglected my DW and this rust is caused with the faulty spare part - obviously they are avoiding their legal obligation and trying to drag the case until my warranty expires. They even requested the photographs of the faulty matter - why they send technicians around? So, now i have to wait the big decision of the head office - they are examining my photos. Shameful.
