Appalling Service from Hirsch Centurion

I purchased a Miele Dishwasher from Hirsch Centurion on the 3-8-13 from a salesman called Terry. I should have seen the writing on the wall when I saw he had incorrectly dated the invoice for the 3-7-13, even though it was the stores birthday. At that date I was out of the country. The dishwasher was delivered by Hirsch on the 6-8-13. On 28-9-13 September, after several attempts to see Terry, before the 2 month period was up, I purchased at considerable expense the extended Miele guarantee from Malcolm as despite my making an appointment, Terry was yet again "out the store". I was told Miele would contact me early the following week. It is now nearly a month since purchase, I have not received the guarantee nor has Miele contacted me. Despite numerous phone calls to Malcolm, Terry and managers nothing is happening and no one contacts me with an explanation. They all duck and dive all the way. Service is appalling and I doubt they will last much longer. At present I feel they have absconded with over R3000 of mine. I doubt that the problem with Miele, which is an international reputable company who should look for another retailer. I will certainly never again buy from Hirsch.
