Process was flawless and I always knew where I stood as I was sent emails as to the order staus, payment status and then advice as to tracking and anticipated delivery time. Bought the item on a Friday and Monday morning early it was delivered to my door step.
I was particulary impressed with the personal touch of a hand written card from Nerina and the Yuppiechef team. The follow up to find out how I was enjoying my purchase was also a terrific touch!
