About 3 weeks I phoned Hirsch's as my washing machine was making a strange noise. I took out an extended warranty on their recommendation for this machine. Hirsch's advised me that a technician would telephone me to arrange the callout. Am still waiting for this telephone call. Never again will I get spoken into taking out an extended warranty.
