This Shoprite store has to be the WORST when it comes to Customer Service. The Staff members are rude with complete disregard for customers. If the store is full and you have about 3 items you are NOT ALLOWED to pay the cigarettes cashier as ITS FOR STAFF MEMBERS ONLY. You cannot enter the liquor store with groceries that YOU BOUGHT from Shoprite. This is rather disgusting and the fact that old people are expected to STAND in these long ques whilst the staff members are CHATTING away at the cigarettes cashier. Its a shame really that Shoprite does not care about their customers in Township stores.
