I recently posted a report relating to a incedent I had at the Somerset Mall Branch, many promises were made to get back to me, but once again I am left in the dark, follow the link to see my previous complaint as well as the responce I got. So please someone get back to me, I did re visit the branch only to encounter the same sales people working just as "hard".
I love your brand but the service does not match the brand at all, also your area manager replying to my email as if he is still in grade 4
