On the 07 October 2013 around 4:30, I went to Shoprite U-save in Groblersdal to withdraw money from Money Market counter. but I was shocked by the attitude of the teller, first she let us wait for 10minutes for her while she was packing some stock on the other side of the counter. after a while she comes to us, no greetings, all she could say was "I am closing the till" and after we asked why so she said "because I am tired and there is no money in the till if you people wants to withdraw". we asked her if what she was saying is possible, her response was "did you give me the money to keep in the till". I am so unhappy with the service I receive from Shoprite, we see these everyday in Shoprite stores but that lady was worse. Shoprite staff is full of disrespect, they don't smile with customers unless they know you and they gossip about customers in the shop right in front of other customers. can Shoprite do something about this please.
