Yesterday i went to Shoprite store at Meadowlands for the first time and got a worst service ever as i was paying for the items that i purchased, the cashier never gave me my change when i asked she gave me an attitude by say some other customers don't ask for their change if is less than R1.00, and when Mr Ntuli intervene he never even apologized that I'm being inconvenienced just went to the cashier to take my change and gave me. i saw this as poor service even from the person in charge of which that lead to his staff member, and i need answers in this matter or is how the shoprite stores being ran with such kind of attitude.
